Physical Therapy

Chronic pain management, joint replacement recovery, balance and fall programs, ankle and foot pain, low back and neck pain, Sacroiliac (SI) pain, IT band/Hip/Thigh pain, knee pain, work injuries, and orthopedic injury recovery.

Occupational Therapy

Shoulder, elbow, hand dysfunctions, ADL support and cognitive and behavior intervention specialist. Our therapist is trained in customized splinting for carpal tunnel syndrome, scar tissue management, and strokes.

Individual and group programs created to support the client goals of an ongoing active lifestyle. Our trainers develop customized programs at whatever fitness level you are at and assist in gaining strength and function. Kelli B

Kelli J. Barry

- Progressive Care Founder
- Physical Therapist

Kelli J. Barry is co-founder of Progressive Care Therapy, LLC in Grand Rapids, MN. Kelli holds both a Master of Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science from the College of St. Scholastica.

In twenty plus years of professional practice, she has treated thousands of physical therapy patients, including young adults, athletes ranging from school age to Olympians, and those spanning into their elder years. She takes pride in offering the best and most personalized care to every patient. She finds great satisfaction in working with patients who are regaining the ability to function at home, at work, and within their sport.

In 2011, Kelli Co-founded Progressive Care Therapy, LLC a private practice offering Physical Therapy, Occupational, and Speech services to the community of Grand Rapids, MN. Within this clinic Kelli is proud to have designed and implemented a specialized aquatic center providing an approach to Physical Therapy not found in the area.

Eric Graber

- Physical Therapist

Eric grew up in Chisholm and attended the College of St. Scholastica to achieve his Master of Arts in Physical Therapy. Eric has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2002 and has treated a wide variety of patients in various settings such as outpatient orthopedics, short term rehab, aquatic therapy, and long-term care. In his spare time, Eric enjoys curling, golfing, jogging, traveling, and spending time with family.

Sherry

Sherry Burcar Flint

- Physical Therapist Assistant

Sherry Burcar Flint has been a Physical Therapy assistant for 22 years. She has developed a repertoire of skills in aquatics, spine dysfunctions, multiple manual therapy, and exercise. That coupled with her history of teaching physical education, coaching, and athletic training rounds out her ability to assess and treat the young and old. Sherry is committed to her clients and to her profession. She attends continuing education classes to develop her skills to the benefit of her clients and her outcomes. She is energetic and passionate for Physical Therapy and what it can offer every client that walks through the doors of Progressive Care Therapy.

Trinity

Trinity Hemmila

- Occupational Therapist

Trinity started her Occupational therapy career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant receiving her A.A. degree from Lake Superior College. She went on to advance her education receiving her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Catherine. She has been practicing in her field since 1997 in a wide variety of settings including pediatrics, hand therapy, aquatic therapy, chronic pain, orthopedics, and geriatrics. In addition to being passionate about occupational therapy she teaches yoga and Zumba at Majestic Pines. In her free time, she can be found digging in the garden, junking, painting, and creating.

Kelly Wier

- Occupational Therapist

Kelly is a native of Grand Rapids, MN. She attended the College of St. Scholastica to achieve her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Kelly has been practicing Occupational Therapy since 2009 and has treated a wide variety of patients in various settings such as outpatient orthopedics, short term rehab, aquatic therapy, and long-term care. Helping others to achieve their maximum level of function is what Kelly enjoys most about her job. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys swimming, camping, jogging, and spending time with family.

Liana

Liana Gordon

- Occupational Therapist

Liana grew up in Robbinsdale, MN and attended the University of Minnesota to achieve her Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing Occupational Therapy since 2018 and has treated patients in short term rehab, long-term care, home health and school settings. In her spare time, Liana enjoys playing piano, kayaking, hiking and spending time with her dogs.

Tina

Tina Vasconcellos

- Physical Therapist

Tina grew up in Illinois and attended the University of Illinois to achieve her Bachelors of Physical Therapy. Tina has practiced Physical Therapy since 1993 and has treated patients in a wide variety of settings including Long Term Rehab, Short term rehab, skilled nursing facilities, home health and acute care hospitals. Tina enjoys Tennis, fishing, cooking, and spending time outdoors. 

Paula

Paula Estey

- Therapy Business Office Manager

My career journey has been shaped by a variety of experiences. I grew up in Pengilly, MN, and spent the 1990s traveling across the country during my husband's Army service. When we returned to Minnesota, I transitioned from managing a restaurant to my current role as the business operations manager for Progressive Care Therapy and the Majestic Pines Fitness Center. For the past eight years, I have enjoyed serving in this position, where I am committed to creating a positive environment for our clients and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Mackenzie

Mackenzie Lindquist

- Physical Therapist

Mackenzie bio- Mackenzie grew up in the Twin Cities and attended the University of Jamestown, ND to achieve her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Mackenzie has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2019 in a variety of settings.  She began her career as a travel physical therapist taking contracts throughout the United States. She has worked with both outpatient adults and pediatrics, short term rehab, acute care, school therapy, aquatic therapy and long-term care. She moved to Grand Rapids in 2022 to be closer to family. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family: hiking with the dogs, taking her kids to the lake, gardening and watching college basketball!
